Online Interactive Program
Get lifetime access to our self-paced interactive online program to help you move
from From Laid Off To Living®. This Program Includes access to a private community
group to support each other and share your journey.
Do you know what energizes you? Can you express why an organization would be so lucky to have you on their team? Do you have a purpose and career goals that inspire you? Would you like to build confidence and have more energy? Spruce up your resume or LinkedIn profile? Know your value in the job market? Land and nail job interviews?
If you’re looking to up-level any aspect of your career, you don’t need to do it alone.
Our career coach, Siobhan, would be thrilled to uplift you and help you thrive. In an introductory coaching session with Siobhan, you’ll get a taste for coaching while clarifying where you are and where you want to go.
Experiencing a layoff can be traumatic. In addition to the shock and uncertainty, people often experience a confusing bundle of other feelings including anger, grief, anxiety, and maybe even depressive symptoms or insomnia. All of these normal reactions can make it harder for you to put your best foot forward in a new job search, and residual feelings can show up in an interview raising “red flags” for potential employers. This mixture of emotions happens at a time when the personal support you may have relied on from work colleagues and mentors is awkward or unavailable.
In an effort to move quickly away from the pain of a layoff, many of us charge directly into the next job prospect while passing up a powerful opportunity to take stock of our real needs. Perhaps the “obvious” next position isn’t really your best opportunity to thrive. Finding your best future may require some challenging, but rewarding emotional work.
Our licensed therapist and clinical hypnotherapist, Paul, has helped people just like you since the early 1990s to put pain and lost confidence in the past and move forward toward a clear and empowered future. Paul’s solution-focused approach will help you manage your self-limiting thinking, harness your inner power, and find the courage to start the journey toward your best self and best future.
Losing your job means losing the group of coworkers with whom you shared a work experience and now finds you alone without that group.
There is no need to “go it alone” when you are laid off.
Instead, you can join a FLOTL® Support Group and create new connections with others. Of course, you will share the experience of your layoff, but you will also have other life experiences in common. You will be creating a network that cannot only provide support but also inspiration, resources, and likely new opportunities.
After going through the FLOTL® Interactive Online Program join a small group of 6-8 folks who meet weekly to confidentially share your journey of what WAS, what IS, and what WILL BE.
